I recently took my Accord in for an alignment and to fix a rattle in the rear shelf. I want to express that I am extremely happy with the quality of the work that you guys did. I am especially pleased that on my initial visit, when your tech couldn't complete the alignment, that you rescheduled my car in for another day, and got the job done properly. The steering is straight as an arrow, and all the measurements are in the green. Excellent job! Also, after the TSB was performed on my rear shelf, the rattle has been completely eliminated. My car can go over any bumps, and it remains completely silent - like a brand new car. Thank you. I rate this service 11/10.
I had the opportunity to require the assistance of Mike and Moe for the purchase of a new vehicle from your dealership. They have been very helpful in assisting me in the purchase of my vehicle and they were willing to answer the questions and concerns that I had. Their friendly approach and professionalism makes it a pleasure to do business with your dealership. These two gentlemen should be an example for all of your staff to follow in regards to customer service. Mike and Moe should be commended for their superior dedications to customer satisfaction; they are both knowledgeable in their field and are superb ambassadors for and on behalf of your organization.
I want to thank Nathan for the efficient friendly service I recently received when having body repairs done to my 2008 Honda Civic. This was the second time that I have brought my car to Middlegate Honda to arrange for repairs to be made. The first time was a hit and run incident a little over a year ago. Nathan Johnston looked after my claim then. He arranged for a courtesy car for me and sent my car to be repaired. He managed everything in a very professional way. I had to bring my car in again a couple of weeks ago to have the bumper replaced. Again Nathan expertly looked after my claim. I was so happy to see that he was still in the Parts Department. We brought my car in late on a Tuesday evening and he had it back to me by 5:00 p.m. the next day. He looked after ensuring that a couple of the little nicks were touched up and not polished out as we had requested. He also sent the shuttle to the Edmonds sky train station to pick me up on Wednesday evening so I could collect my car. This last incident was extremely painless. I was not looking forward to having to deal with ICBC or the body shop. Nathan looked after all of that for me. I want you to realize what a great employee he is and that he is a valuable asset to your company. When it is time for me to replace my car I will definitely swing by Middlegate Honda. Thanks!

We have dealt with Middlegate Honda since 1981. Our family has purchased seven Hondas from you since that time. We’ve always received excellent and pleasant service from both Robert and Garry in the Service Department. We hold those two in high regard for the attention and care that we have received from them; they always make sure that we are satisfied. We wouldn’t think of going to another dealership as long as Garry and Robert are on the frontline which is where a business’ reputation is rated by their customers.
I am writing after three blissful days with my new Honda Certified Used Vehicle. Although the car I purchased from OpenRoad Honda in Burnaby wasn’t a Honda, the sales, service, and team at OpenRoad Honda really impressed me. I traded in my 2000 CR-V for a newer 08 RDX last Sunday and got top notch service, a great price, and a happy smile. Paul at OpenRoad Honda took me for a test drive and made me feel comfortable that I was getting an excellent car. I have a co-worker who is looking to purchase a used CR-V and I highly recommended Paul and the team at OpenRoad Honda.
Last week we bought a new 2011 Civic and were very pleased with the service, the whole experience, and the salesman Mike Terry. While we have been regular service customers for over twenty years, we
have never actually bought our Hondas from your location. With Mike, however, there was excellent
information and attention to our specific situation. We would certainly recommend him to our own

Murray Bunz: I have a 2002 Odyssey and as such have been a fairly long time service customer at OpenRoad Honda. I have always received courteous, knowledgeable and very personable service and thought it only right that I take the time to send in a note about the level of service they provide. While nobody really enjoys getting service work, honestly it generally turns out to be a very positive part of my day. Although all of the service staff are excellent at this location, Murray in particular is a real joy to deal with. He remembers my name, and past conversations. He gives great advice about service and always tries to accommodate my sometimes difficult schedule. Again, I’ve been going there for years and can say that I have never had a negative experience with this service group! It is the staff that has kept me coming back since 2002 – and certainly has me thinking that I would like to continue owning a Honda. -Mona W.
