Service advisor had my car ready before the projected time. Loved that!

This dealership always exceeds my expectations. I actually live 45 minutes away from this location and there is no other dealership I would go to. The staff is always friendly, knowledgable, helpful and accommodating. I have never left unsatisfied or disappointed.

Brandon provided me the information upfront and the work was done quickly. Very polite and professional manner.

Gary was cordial and personable in his interactions with me. He was able to explain things in a clear and concise manner, without throwing in unnecessary jargons. He was kind enough to look for a courtesy car when I told him that there was no option to reserve a courtesy when I did the appointment online. He definitely went above and beyond to help me, really appreciate his customer-oriented mentality. I'm very impressed with his service!

Since I managed to squeeze 15+ years out of my previous Honda Civic, I decided to buy a new one in 2015. Having gone to this location for servicing my old vehicle over the past six or seven years, I decided to purchase from OpenRoad Honda as well. Even though I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted before even going into the showroom, David Le Drew took great care of me and pointed out all of the new features and made the whole process run smoothly. Actually all of the folks who I interacted with (ranging from the front desk greeters, the other sales folk, the insurance specialist and even the ones who finally took my money) behaved professionally and were a pleasure to do business with. When the day came for me to pick up my new car, David was there once again there to help, and showed me everything I needed to know before I drove my spanky new vehicle off the lot.

My family was looking into purchasing a new car, and we stopped by OpenRoad Honda a few weeks back. That was our first encounter with Chuck Wan. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic person which made the visits to OpenRoad Honda enjoyable. His customer service skills are on point! I recently, just bought a Honda Civic LX and the customer service was outstanding, with regards to Chuck Wan who helped me. He made my experience with Open Road Honda smooth and exciting! He's a excellent person overall, funny, and informative; I would definitely recommending to any future consumers to ask for him if you are looking for a good salesman who knows what he does best, making the customer happy.

I have used the services of OpenRoad Honda on several occasions and have always found the staff to be very welcoming, pleasant and accommodating – changing my clock for daylight saving time, car washed as part of their service, valet service or courtesy car.
We have recently purchased a 2012 Ridgeline from OpenRoad Honda and would like to tell you the exceptional and satisfying experience we had from start to finish with Mr. Barry Fuller. In about a week, we were able to find the right vehicle with the right price. I have purchased/leased many other vehicles in the past but this was the most enjoyable one: stress-free, efficient, friendly...etc. I know, for you guys, 10-point is just a pass. And my purchase experience is way beyond that, in particular most other dealerships we had visited during our car shopping couldn't even score a single point.
